When i place an order, what locations are you able to ship to?


We are able to ship to almost any location in the world, for more information on the services we provide please click on either international shipping or carrier options on our homepage.

What guarantee is provided on the products supplied by hot on heating spares?


The standard manufactures guarantee for spare parts is usually 12 months but can be longer on certain items.

What do i do if a part i have purchased goes faulty in the guarantee period?


If a product develops a fault within the first 12 months of purchase then you are entitled to a full credit once the product has been returned to the manufactures for inspection. Once a credit has been issued to us we will the reimburse the customer. (please note we do not cover carriage charges involved in sending the product back to us) a receipt must also be provided as proof of purchase although there may be special circumstances where we can find this on our database.

Can i return a product that i did not require?


If a customer orders a product and it has been unused and still in it's original packaging then it can be returned to us for a credit which is subject to a re-stocking charge dependent on the circumstances.You have 28 days from the date of purchase to notify us and return the item. (please note we do not refund any carriage charges in sending the product back to us) a receipt must also be provided as proof of purchase although there may be special circumstances where we can find this on our database. We are unable to take any parts back that are a special order to us. Customers will be notified of this if an order placed is a specail order.

Customers also have a 7 day "cooling off" period from the day they receive there goods to notify us that they would like to cancel their contract with a full refund, including any carriage charges involved.
This does not apply if teprt is a special order.

If the customer has a "change of heart" on the item and would like to return it for credit then they must cover any delivery costs involved. However if the item is faulty then we as the supplier will cover all the delivery costs. This does not apply if the part is a special order.

What options are there for payment?


Please click on the payment options tab to view all payment options. The bottom righthand side of the homepage also shows some of the payment methods open to our customers.

What happens if i do not pay for an invoice?

If a customer does not pay there invoice / invoices and ignores our reminders, the amount will be passed over to a debt collection agency. The customer will also then be responsible for any fee the collction agency charges.

Can you provide a heating product that is not listed on your website?


We can provide the majority of domestic & commercia heating spares required to customers in the UK, Europe & te rest of the World (Other than the USA & Canada). Do not hesitate to contact us using one of our many contact options to ask about an item you require which is not shown on the website.

Why can you not supply your products to the USA or Canada?


We are unable to ship to these locations due to Insurance legislation/restrictions.
